Bokshil is an adorable little dog who has been waiting for her family at the entrance of the building for more than 10 years, hoping to one day see them again .

Some residents say the sweet dog’s daily routine is to wait at the entrance near the guardhouse, but sometimes she runs away when she mistakes a passerby for her owner.
A local channel broadcast her story, which went viral for how heartbreaking it is. A neighbor says that the dog was told “stay here” and, faithful to their order, she continued to wait, even though a little more than a decade has passed .

SBS TV interviewed one of the women who has been feeding Bokshil all this time , and she said that the family moved out of the apartment, abandoning her on the street to her own devices.
The lady says that she heard when the dog’s owner left her while he moved. She does not want to judge him wrongly, since it is possible that he did not have the resources to raise her, and that his goal was not to cruelly abandon her.
The end does not justify the means and no animal should go through something similar.
Several residents have shown their kindness and helped the dog by offering her water and food. Aware that she needs a better life, they have tried to move her to a safer place, but Bokshil resists , she just wants to continue waiting at the entrance of the building.
She would keep waiting her whole life because deep down in her heart she thinks that one day they will come back for her.
At nightfall, he goes to a makeshift dog house that some neighbors have built for him. He spends the night among cardboard boxes and waits for dawn to continue with his routine.

Another group of people decided to take action and managed to take the dog to a medical centre, where they carried out various tests and diagnosed her with senile cataracts that prevent her from seeing in the distance. Perhaps this explains why Bokshil ran after some people thinking they were her owner.
Bokshil only received temporary medical help, sadly he was back on the streets a few days later.
Since her case went viral, thousands of people have sent her comments and hopes that someone can gain her trust and rescue her, to give her the warmth of home that she lost a long time ago and is still waiting for.
